Emilia Mallamaci, known as Aphrodite, is a DJ and performer born in 1998.
Her journey began on Italy’s various stages, where she first honed her craft as a theatre singer and actress. This deep-rooted connection to performance has evolved into a visceral relationship with sound, one that has defined her artistic identity through her entire life.
As an eclectic spirit, Emilia’s career has spanned diverse musical landscapes, from fronting live bands to developing independent projects in Milan, where she lived and created for nearly a decade. In 2023, seeking new creative horizons, she returned to her hometown, Reggio Calabria, to join Socio Crew, bringing fresh energy into the Southern Italian clubbing scene. It was here that she fully transitioned to the decks, quickly earning a residency through her relentless dedication and magnetic stage presence.
